Creek Week celebrates the importance of our urban nature areas with volunteer work and educational events. As many as 800 residents have participated in previous years.

This year Creek Week will be from April 18th to April 26th. On Saturday April 18th volunteers will clean up trash at a number of sites. There will be a work day on Saturday, April 25th when volunteers will work on open space areas in Rocklin, Roseville, and Placer County. Work will include planting, removing invasive weeds, and other maintenance. During the week there will be nature walks and presentations about wild life.
